Customization & Special Orders

You may contact us directly for inquires regarding customization or specialty orders. Most items have the ability to be customized, and we would be happy to help design a special product with you.

Specially orders have a longer fulfillment time as some materials may need to be acquired prior to starting your project. We will do our best to disclose a turn around time upon your order request.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.  Once the below steps are complete, you will receive a confirmation email with return address information. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete a return/exchange, please send an email to thecraftyquill@hotmail.com with the following info:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for return/exchange

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards and customized orders

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to your email address on file.  There is no expiry on the credit and it may be used for any items on our online store.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (within 14 days of purchase).  Must have proof of purchase.  As our items are not stocked in bulk and are one of a kind, exchanges for the same item may not be possible. If you would like the same item, we will try to work with you to the best of our capacity, please email us at thecraftyquill@hotmail.com for more information.

Shipping Info for Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.  If accepted, your refund will include the cost of the return product only.  Items MUST ship in similar packaging as when you received it. (ie. bubble wrapped envelope or box depending on size) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Customized Orders

Customized items may be requested by contacting us most items on our website are interchange able with wood or acrylic products. Customized orders may take 4-6 weeks depending on order volume.  Customer orders require a 100% payment in advance as some individual pieces may need to be specially ordered and as such cancellations may not be made after the process has started.
